In this way, it is best to use black cumin oil for hair loss. The frequency of application of masks - at least once a week.

Mask Recipes

Caraway oil can be used not only in its pure form. For various problems, it is advisable to mix it with other oils or products.

Hair loss mask

Take a small amount of mustard powder and mix with water until a thick, homogeneous slurry is formed. Dilute it with cumin oil in a ratio of 1:3. Apply the resulting mixture to the hair roots, wrap and soak the mask for 30 minutes. It's not worth keeping it any longer. Mustard is a rather aggressive ingredient.. It irritates the nerve endings, increases blood flow, so that the hair follicles receive more nutrition and hair growth increases.

But if the rules of use are not followed, it can cause a burn and lead to the opposite effect.

From dandruff and oily seborrhea

Heat half a glass of kefir in a water bath until warm. Don't overdo it! Otherwise, it may roll over. Add to kefir 1 tbsp. l. caraway oil and 12 drops of rosemary, lavender or tea tree essential oil (you can use them separately, or you can mix them). Gently rub the mask into the scalp. As always, wrap and hold for 30 minutes. Wash off with shampoo after half an hour.

Vitamin for dry hair

Mix 1 tsp. cumin and coconut oil (preferably unrefined), add 1 tbsp. l. jojoba oils. Warm up a little. Then enter 1 amp. vitamin B12. It will not mix well with oils, but if you mix it well, you get something like an emulsion. Apply this mixture directly to the strands, departing from the root zone 5 cm. Rinse off after half an hour. To achieve the effect, repeat the procedure at least 5-6 times a month.

Against split ends

Do not rush to cut split ends. Try to restore them using the following mask. Mix equal amounts of olive oil, caraway oil, and heavy cream. Apply the mixture to the ends of your hair, rubbing it in lightly. Leave to act for 1 hour. Then wash off with a mild shampoo. It only takes a few treatments to make the ends of the strands look much better.

From the appearance of gray hair

Mix 1 table. l. chamomile and caraway oil. Add 5 drops of cedar essential oil and 3 drops of rosemary. Apply a few drops of the mixture to the comb and comb the hair, evenly distributing the oils along the entire length. Wash off with shampoo after half an hour.

Contraindications for use

The main contraindication to the use of such a valuable product is allergy. It may present as itching, pimples, or swelling. Caraway oil is quite concentrated. Therefore, without special need, try not to use it in its pure form, but mix it with other equally useful components.

Beware of fakes! Some unscrupulous manufacturers may sell diluted oil or make it from similar products, which not only do not have the qualities of black cumin, but can also be poisonous. Ask sellers for a certificate of product quality.

If this is your first time using cumin oil, be sure to do an allergy test. To do this, apply a small amount of it on the bend of the elbow. If during the day there are no unpleasant sensations, you can safely use it for your own purposes.
