Are bonuses written off?

All credited "rewards" have an expiration date. Cancellation of unused bonuses is carried out on March 11 every year. If discounts on the Sportmaster card were accrued from 1.01 to 10.03 of the current year, they are not subject to liquidation, but continue to be valid until 11.03 of the next year.

You can check how many bonuses are on the balance of the Sportmaster card using the SMS service. To do this, send an SMS to the number 9753 with the text "0". The mobile service is available only to registered users.

What to do if the club card is lost?

You can restore the Sportmaster card by presenting a passport or other identification document, as well as a receipt confirming the fact of making a purchase with a club card. After that, a new Sportmaster discount card is issued, and the lost one is blocked.

All bonuses and the total value of purchases are transferred to the new card. If the information about the owner does not match the data in the questionnaire, the discount card will not be restored.
