We can afford everything

In or November, come to the store, view the collection and choose the models that you like the most. You can even try them on. Remember the right size and price. After the start of sales, expect a markdown on "your" model. This way you will avoid the temptation to buy a bunch of inappropriate things, seduced by a low price.
Deciding to buy winter shoes, wait for February. In January, shoe boutiques sell only collections of festive shoes. But from the beginning of February to the end of March, discounts on boots and ankle boots will grow every week. Have time to catch the moment when the price drops to a minimum, but your size will still be on sale. The only disadvantage of such a strategy is that you may not be able to wear a new thing until next season.
Large shopping centers are trying to hold centralized sales, common to all brands. The start date can be found on the center's website or in the help desk. Check if the mall offers any promotions or gifts for loyal customers.
If you're into a particular brand, check out the store that sells it and find out when the current collection is on sale. If the sellers are not yet in the know, take the store's business card and call the indicated numbers later. For example, in France, the start date changes annually, but is the same for the whole country. In Italy, each city has its own day for the start of sales. As a result, the sale marathon rolls across the country, continuing until early March.
European sales are on a clear schedule. In early January (usually right after the New Year holidays), prices are reduced by 30%. The government ensures that items from past seasons are not sold with current collections. After a couple of weeks, discounts reach 50%, and at the end of the sales, the item can be bought for a third of the original price. However, by this time, popular models and running sizes may be dismantled. Therefore, when planning European shopping, come to the beginning of the sales and stay at least a week.
For a dozen years now, I have been doing mass shopping only during the period of seasonal discounts. I won’t tell you anything new about sales (after all, every fashionista already knows everything about it), but I will summarize the well-known information about seasonal discounts and post it in one post.

Traditionally, seasonal discounts happen twice a year: the sale of the autumn-winter collection and the sale of the spring-summer collection. The sales last for about a month and a half each.
According to my observations over the past few years, winter seasonal sales begin around December 25 (give or take a couple of days), and summer seasonal sales on June 25 (give or take a couple of days). Luckily, most of my favorite stores have their own website, and as these dates approach, I regularly check the information on the sites.

I choose in advance the things that I like (and even measure them), and on the first day of sales, I purposefully go to take them. The chances that my sizes will be during this period are the greatest.
First of all, in the first wave of sales, budget goods and the most popular sizes (s-ka for women and m-ka for men) leave.

Now the problem of having the right sizes will become more acute. But the assortment of things can still be replenished and there is a big chance to hit the Jackpot:

Third wave of sales (or final sales) starts in the last 2 weeks of sales. There are no small sizes (if you are an Elechka with a 40 foot size, then there will be no problems), they shake out all the leftovers from the warehouse, things are often damaged (stained with foundation, buttons / beads are torn off, etc.) and are tightly and not presentably hung in the very far corner of the hall.
Finding something worthwhile will be difficult, but possible. I got lucky once
